James Alexander - Is it My Problem or the World's?
Everyone's psychology ultimately falls into one of two categories: a Being or a Seeing issue, a.k.a., what Ra calls an Epsilon or Prime issue. This simple cornerstone analysis has largely disappeared from public discourse and yet it holds tremendous explanatory power. The Prime or Epsilon issue is the red thread for understanding the many dimensions of everyone’s Not-Self. In this talk James will show you how to determine whether a chart has a Being or a Seeing issue, the implications of that distinction, and how it uniquely informs what the deconditioning process will look like. 50 minutes.

James Alexander - The Dark Night of the Personality
Just as civilization as we know it is rapidly changing in ways that can feel disorienting and uncomfortable, the transition from 7-centered to 9-centered consciousness is similarly disorienting and uncomfortable. Our sense of what is acceptable, right, and rational, are the very conclusions that need to be let go of in order to see things as they truly are. In this talk James will share his experience of beginning to anchor in a 9-centered orientation and provide signposts to help support your own transition. 50 minutes.
James Alexander - Practical Heresies
Through the lens of a 5/1 with guilt motivation on the LAX of Demands, James shares his annual observations about where our understanding of design doesn't hold water based on his 9 years of experience in the experiment and client work. This year, James will share why it's inaccurate and disempowering to instruct Generators to solely depend on Sacral sounds, our misunderstanding about the Nodes, the exaggerated demarcation between mind and body, what wisdom means for Quad Splits, how the mind tries to maintain control by interpreting the chart to its advantage, why we never escape the Program, and the confusion about when to follow Strategy and Authority that has everyone, especially Projectors, tied in knots. 80 minutes.

What is normally addressed as the ‘deconditioning’ process is actually something that can be measured in a synthesized way by consistently looking out for just two keynotes; Type and Profile. That’s probably why one of the first HD materials that Ra ever wanted to have published was called ‘The Directory’. In this bool he basically elaborated on the 48 variations that you get when you combine 4 types per 12 profiles. As it is something that is already done, I do not intent to repeat that job, but my intention is to show participants the way I look at any individual chart, namely from a perspective in which the two extremes of the binary contained within any chart become evident to me by just seeing the way the type and the profile are configured within the general imprinting of the individual design. Once I recognize clearly the way in which these two formulas are combined, all I care to see is the natural movement of Life helplessly passing through the matrix of every single individual that was ever alive. In Ra’s words, a unique manifestation of human helplessness and incompetence.
